Create an account in the Callback24 Panel

Create a service
Enter address of the webpage on which you will implement Callback24 widget (after creating an account, system will automatically take you to the Services tab).

Go to Integrations → find Google Analytics integration → select integration method → Save changes.

If you have installed analytics directly on your website, go to the paragraph Goal configuration in Google Analytics.

To send callback data from Callback24, follow the instructions:
Download Callback24 tags to GTM!
1. Download and unzip the file.
2. Import the tags to GTM (Google Tag Manager) → Admin → Import Container

3. Import settings.

You have to set the Google Analytics code in the tags (GTM calls it Google Analytics settings by default).

4. Publish the container.

5. Check if tags related to Callback24 are being activated (‘Preview mode’ – next to ‘Submit’ button):

Objectives related to interactions in the Callback24 widget and pop-up:
- open widget (callback24.io) – click on the widget
- calls from website (callback24.io) – send a contact request within 15 seconds from a pop-up
- scheduled calls (callback24.io) – schedule a call from a pop-up
Objectives related to interactions within the phone numbers visible on the site:
- call tracking (unmask phone number) – displaying the full phone number on the page
- call tracking (hover on phone number)
- call tracking (click on phone number)
Pro Tip
If you are conducting Google Ads campaigns, make sure to import the newly created objectives into your Google Ads dashboard. The campaigns will have more data to optimize.
