How can I add a second and a next domain? (service)

To add a next service, log in to your customer panel, enter the Service bookmark, and click the “add service’’ button in the upper right corner. Remember to configure the new service and add consultants.

How many consultants can be added?

The number of consultants is limited to 2 in the free package. The rest of the packages have no limits.

Why does the “call me back later” announcement appear on the widget?

Make sure you have downloaded and turned on the mobile application on your phone. Also, check if the service is turned on (Customer panel $ Service $ My service $ General)

How do I change the colour and the text on the widget?

To change and adjust the colours and the text, move to the Service bookmark, select the service want to edit, and click the Callback widget. There, you will customize the text of particular pop-ups and the colouring of your Callback24.

What is the difference between installing via the plug and code?

If your website is based on the system, which the plugs are created for (check here), you need to download and install the plugin. Then the Callback24 widget will automatically appear on all of your pages on your website. To introduce the widget on particular pages, or if we are not integrated with your system, you need to paste the script code on each page. What are the departments?

The “create a department’’ function allows you to abridge a time for switching between appropriate persons or departments in your company. It can be also designed as a function to choose a region in which we want to make a contact.

Can I attribute more consultants to one department?

Yes, for each department you can attribute several of the same or different consultants. This will allow you to improve customer service in your company.

What is call tagging?

Call tagging allows us to mark every ended call as a tag. Call tagging allows for better analysis of call indicators, comparison between the effects of each campaign, and verification of which call ended a sale, and which did not.

What is the difference between an interactive course and an offline course?

The service will be in an interactive course where you can log in to the Callback24 mobile application on your phone. This course allows you to call the person and leave a phone number with a contact request within 15 seconds. The service will be in an offline course after working hours or when you are logged out. In this course, calls will be imprinted only in the Customer panel on the callback24.pl website, you will also receive them in an e-mail.

Where can I download a Callback24 mobile application on my phone?

You can find the Callback24 mobile application on Google Play or the App store.

Why the Callback24 widget doesn’t appear on my website?

If you don’t see the widget on your website it means you didn’t install the plug. Go to the callback24.io/integrations, website, check if we are integrated with your system, and download and install the plug. If you installed everything correctly, check in the Customer panel if, in the Service bookmark, a service is turned on. If you still don’t see the widget on your website – contact us.

A problem with making calls

1. Check if you have installed the plug correctly on your website.
2. Check if you have created the service correctly.
3. Check if you have installed the mobile application on your phone, which is attributed to the service.
4. Check if you have given the necessary consent during the installation of a mobile application.

Where can I listen to the recordings of the calls?

You will find the recordings in the mobile application or the Callback24 panel in the Calls bookmark (it depends on your settings).

Can I reduce the call access from abroad?

Enter the Service bookmark $ and choose a service you want to reduce $ Settings. Enter the appropriate countries where the service access needs to be reduced. People from countries which you have reduced will not have the chance to book a call with the consultant in your company.
